Oil filter - DEUTZ

There are two types of oil filters: coarse filters and fine filters. The coarse filter is generally connected in series in the main oil circuit, and the pore size of the filter paper element is generally 15. The coarse filter adopts a spin-on type, and its safety valve and filter element are installed in an iron shell, which can be removed and thrown away after use. If it is removed, replace it with a new filter element in parallel with the main oil passage to ensure that only the oil is filtered and the oil supply resistance is not too large. It can be used for a long time without clogging, but when the coarse filter is blocked and dirty, the oil can push the bypass valve to enter the fine filter and its working conditions deteriorate. The pore size of the fine filter element is generally up to 8U.
