(7). The air filter on the generator shall be removed and blown clean every 200 hours of operation, and then installed after drying.

(8). Replace the same type of oil after every 200 hours of operation.
(9). The water in the water tank needs to be replaced after every 200 hours of operation.
(10). Change the air filter after every 500 hours of operation.

2. Precautions for maintenance

2.1 The staff in charge of generator protection and maintenance must carefully read the Diesel Generator Insurance Operation and Maintenance Manual (manual) provided by the manufacturer, and carry out maintenance work according to relevant skills.

2.2 If the generator is parked for too long or damped, the insulation resistance between windings and ground shall be measured, and the insulation value shall not be less than 1.5M Ω. Note that the negative terminal of the starting battery should be removed before the measurement.

2.3 According to the site conditions, clean the dust and oil dirt on the generator winding from time to time, and quote the generator price.

2.4 The generator shall not be affected by moisture, and metal debris, water vapor or other harmful gases shall not enter the generator. When the generator is running, it is necessary to ensure good ventilation. There should be no covering outside the generator to avoid affecting ventilation and heat dissipation.

2.5 The generator storage battery shall be kept away from heat sources and kept ventilated during charging and application.
